Prenatal nutrition

 

Pregnancy can be a challenging time, the life you are growing is depending on you to nourish it and provide it with all the right things to develop into a healthy baby. This can sometimes be hard to do while also balancing your work and busy home life.

What you eat during pregnancy is key, but it can be really confusing and complex. There are so many factors to consider from gestational diabetes, listeria and understating what foods are right for you and your baby.

We help unpack prenatal nutrition in a simple and easy format, so you know what’s right for you and your baby and help boost your energy so you can enjoy your pregnancy.

Postnatal nutrition

 

It's crucial you’re getting lots of nutrient dense foods post baby. Your body is working in overdrive, while you’re potentially breastfeeding and trying to heal. It’s important to also look after your health and optimise your diet to ensure you’re meeting your nutritional requirements.

We can also help with losing your “baby weight”, but we don’t believe in “fad diets”. We work with you to initially boost your energy and help you increase your nutritional value during the first 12 months and then look at your goals and find the best solution for you.

Early life nutrition

 

The first 1000 days of your baby’s life is integral to their development. Early-life nutrition plays an important role in your child’s long-term health.

We completely understand the constant struggle of trying to find out accurate advice on what to feed your baby/toddler and when and how you should start introducing solids. However, not all babies are text-book babies and that’s okay! We work with you and your baby to provide you with personalised advice and support to help boost your baby’s nutrition and health.

We also understand that not all women can breastfeed. We work with you to ensure that your baby continues to receive the right level of essential nutrients it requires.

Commencing solids is also another challenging time, trust us, we've been there! It’s exhausting scouring through mummy blogs to understand what you can and cannot feed your baby, so we work with you and develop a meal plan for your baby that’s nutritious and works with every life stage of your baby to allow them to grow and be a healthy and happy bub!
