Your first consultation

By working together we try to understand you a little more, your challenges and what you’re trying to achieve. We provide one on one support and aim to meet with you either weekly or fortnightly to help you achieve your goals.

Goal Settings

When it comes to goals, we make them achievable, measurable and sustainable in the long term. By working with us we will help you understand how your body’s metabolism works and what foods you need to keep your body fueled. We will also help you understand how your mental well-being can have a big impact on sabotaging your efforts to achieve your goals. We will be with you every step of the way and at the end of our sessions you will feel more confident at implementing your new lifestyle habits.

Meal plans

We truly believe in developing meal plans that not only work, but are easy for you to introduce into your daily life. We help formulate the best meal plan for you and your needs. Depending on where you’re at in your journey, we tailor a plan for you and work with you to identify foods you don’t like and what is achievable for you and your family.

We design a seven day menu with the food and portions you should be eating including snacks and offer you easy to follow recipes. For those who are cooking for a family we will design a menu that is more family friendly and versatile. 

For example, when you’re trying to fall pregnant, it’s essential that you eat a nutritious diet rich in fibre, low GI carbohydrates, healthy oils and rich in micronutrients such as folate, iodine and selenium, so the meal plan will incorporate recipes that are rich in these essential nutrients but also delicious!

Check-ins

It’s easy to just fall back into the same habits and we get that! That’s why at Zestlife, we value the relationships we’ve created with our clients by checking in with you informally to see how you’re tracking with your goals and achievements and if you need some additional support.

Fees

We have a menu of prices for your Nutrition Assessment depending upon your needs. We usually recommend booking a 60min appointment for you initial consultation so you can get the most out of your session with us.  

  • Express (20 minutes) $60 - Available only for follow up appointments

  • Standard & Telehealth appointment (45 minutes) $140

  • Extended (60 minutes) $160

  • Telehealth appointment + personalised meal plan $200

It is recommended that you confirm the cost of your consultation before your appointment.

Subsequent consultations are usually shorter, and consequently cheaper.

Please bring any medications, nutritional supplements or blood test results that you have to appointments. A food record a few days prior to the appointment is also highly recommended.

* If you have an eligible chronic disease management plan from your GP, medicare will rebate you $54.80 for a maximum of 5 visits
